You can customize how your portal looks, the text (copy) displayed, and some of the general settings for what you want to show and hide for people on the portal.
Company logo & color
Go to the settings by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left. You'll find 'Branding' under the section 'Portal'.
Right here you can customize the name displayed on your portal, the logo, color, and welcome message. Below the settings, we'll give you a preview so you can easily tweak around. You'll find your portal URL in the top of the screen to inspect things live.
Changing the text displayed on different parts of the portal
Want to position things differently to manage expectations? Change the language to your liking? You can, by going to the 'sidebar & form' section in your settings menu. Want to move back to the default text? Just remove something you filled out manually.
We give you some more control, as every company differs in how transparent they want to be and how they want to position and manage expectations towards their users.
Under general settings, you can change a few things:
1. Set whether you want to show the 'status' of requests on your portal. b
This means that we'll display status labels on each request on your portal, and give the different sections in the top of the feedback portal that users can go through to see what's currently still open, in consideration, in progress, and completed.
2. Set whether you want to show newly added requests publicly or keep them private first
Some teams prefer to keep things fully transparent by default. Others want an 'approval' flow and scan each new request that comes in, to then decide whether it should show on the portal.
